User experience is fundamental to the success of any product or service. As users become more tech savvy their expectations of any IT product grows too — especially when it comes to usability and simply getting what they want out of it. This makes usability a core challenge for designers, business analysts, project managers and in fact any IT team.User Centered Design Methodology (UCDM) brings the user to the centre of the software design and development process. UCDM is becoming increasingly recognised as critical to the development of any successful software or IT system.Enspiral Training is offering two usability workshops, Usability Basics on August 22nd and Advanced User Experience Design on the 23rd. The first focuses on the fundamentals of user centered design and includes a practical example of how to conduct a usability test. The advanced class encompasses additional channels and usability techniques.
